Just like everyone said. Version 6.3 is required or Tahoe 26 update. I had to disable little snitch from System Settings > Network > VPN & Filters > Filters & Proxies > Disable Little Snitch > To get the wifi working on my computer again. You do lose your filtering but working internet is more important than having an app not work with your OS.
