Hi, can you help on how you activated yours?
what i did was i downloaded and installed creative cloud app for desktop on MAC and created account it asked for payment details which i inputed following the instructions on the installer after that it was working fine but now it's blocked asking for payment and I cannot use the app anymore. how did you go about your I tried to follow the process once again but it still is the same thing, not working and asking for payment.. Anyone help please how do i fix it ?
