LRC won't work if you use LuLu and it works completely fine without it. Thats the whole point of the patch. Adobe apps need to connect to the Adobe servers. If you block the apps from the internet you will get the "We can't verify your subscription status" error and it forces you to quit. I got PS and LRC to work completely fine with the patch tool. I'm on 26.3.1.
