This is the same issue i'm facing. I used the online activation tool. Activation worked but it kept asking for keychain password. Now it's signed me out of Creative Cloud and needs the keychain password to log back in. I'm trying to remove Adobe so i can reinstall with offline activation. I wonder if this will work.
