To all here who were facing the issues while pasting settings and applying presets, i have finally found a way out of this problem, just follow the below steps :
1. go to /Library/Application Support and check whether there is an folder named CameraRaw if not create one.
2. go to this address and download the Modelzoo folder https://pixeldrain.com/u/PbaU7q9S
3. unzip this folder (Adobe Lightroom Classic) and copy the ModelZoo folder from it and paste it into /Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw
Thats all, you're good to go.
