So, according to its website, Topaz Gigapixel is the replacement app for Topaz Gigapixel AI. The latter is considered a legacy app: https://docs.topazlabs.com/other-apps/legacy
The patch in this bundle works on the latest version of Topaz Gigapixel (Apple silicon tested), which you can find here: https://www.topazlabs.com/downloads
Currently, the latest version is 1.3.0.
Macked should make the patch a separate download with a link to download the full version (which is quite large and takes a while). Topaz Photo is more of a photographer's tool for on-location shoots.
