First run with 1.2.2 patched to be able download models and then can patch with 2.1.1.

What do you mean by «plug-in of PS cannot be used after cracking»? If it's about plugins installed via Creative Cloud then you can try use Activation Tool 1.2.2.

Lightroom = Lightroom CC (look at folder name in your video). Another Lightroom is called Lightroom Classic. Yes, 1.2.2 needs to be logged in. And for me local folders structure with 1.2.2 presents.

I can't see what version of Activation Tool you use but think it's 2.x. For Lightroom CC use 1.2.2. With 2.x there are no local folders available (at least for me).

Not uninstaller but in Activation Tool window. Or just drag app (NOT FOLDER) onto that window.

You must select app and not folder with that app.
