If you mix online and offline Activation Tool for different Adobe apps then when you launch offline-patched app you will be log out from account so online-patched app will prompt login info at start after that. Use only offline or online Activation Tool and don't mix them.

About crash after install: if it's an update of existing installation of Premiere first try to delete to Trash main app (/Applications/Adobe Premiere 2025/Adobe Premiere 2025.app) and then run install again.

FATAL : Unable to parse driver XML and FATAL : Error occured in starting install with error code '103' - error in driver.xml. 103 - there is dependency in driver.xml that can't be installed (I think because it was not downloaded or was deleted from folder after download but dependency in driver.xml was not removed). Maybe in /Library/Logs/Adobe/Installers/Install.log you can see what dependency can't be installed or found. Adobe packager script https://github.com/Drovosek01/adobe-packager can download Adobe apps but it is a console script written on python without GUI and needs install of AntiCC or similar to avoid -2700 error while install. Or you can find installers on forums, torrents or sites. But first you can take a look how you received error 103. Maybe you now can understand what you did manually (if you did something).

Drag the main app on the Activation Tool window, not folder.

That very strange because Lightroom contains Camera Raw (and also ModelZoo models) inside its application and must use it. And if it use CameraRaw installed for other apps (like Photoshop, After Effects) at path you wrote then this must be a bug. So we need to wait update from Adobe for this issue I think instead of workarounds.

Looks like that issue many LEGAL Lightroom users affected also: https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic-bugs/p-error-quot-some-masking-models-are-downloading-please-try-again-later-quot-copy-paste-preset-mac/idi-p/15285654#comments So it's not patch problem as I understand. You can try revert to 14.2 or read topic at Adobe and see maybe something helps to you. At same time my Lightroom updated from 13.2 to 14.00, then 14.1, 14.2, 14.3 works normal, but newly installed 14.3 in virtual machine have that issue with same patch (1.2.2) and same Adobe account.

That's because Adobe Downloader doesn't download and install ModelZoo module. Download https://pixeldrain.com/u/PbaU7q9S, unpack it and copy Adobe Lightroom Classic folder and it's content to /Library/Application Support/Adobe folder. Edit: I was mistaken, sorry.
