sudo xattr -rc /Applications/Adobe Indesign 2025/Adobe Indesign 2025.app must help. Or go to System Preferences -> Privacy & Security and see at the bottom is there a message about Indesign with button Open Anyway.

If you use 1.2.2 then you must be logged into Adobe account for app to work. Show error message for start app after 1.2.2. For 2.1.1 if error code is 12013 then you must login into Adobe account or install certificates: https://pixeldrain.net/u/u8h5CcTs
