There is command file that install all certificates. 5 years to 2030 so don't worry. It's an Adobe certificates that writes to keychain when you login to Adobe account. No changes to them were made, They are unchanged. They just eliminates error 12013 when using Activation Tool 2.x.

Have you tried this? Even if I resize window and drag app onto it after pressing Start activation button window is collapse to start size and stay in non-resizeable state so I can't nor resize it nor see the result.

On Tahoe betas there is no log line visible. So can't determine without app launch was patch successed or not and if not can't see what the reason.

No, you can't use 1.2.2 without internet. 2.1.1 works with 14.4 (but I don't block anything).

Check your copy of Activation Tool. File insert_dylib must be in Contents/Resources folder.
