Before upgrade delete folder Contents/Frameworks inside Acrobe Acrobat.app and Acrobat Distiller.app. And removing Contents/Frameworks can be applicable for other Adobe apps if they will crash constantly after upgrade and patch.

If you are using Activation Tool 2.x then you can try 1.2.x version.

If you are using latest Adobe Downloader to download and install Adobe apps then SuperCafModules are in the components list after pressing Download button. Select checkbox it and install with them.
