It can't find folder CORE in downloaded. For whatever reason Adobe Downloader doesn't downloaded CORE component or it was deleted after download.

Try add Adobe Downloader to Full Disk Access list.

And you must drag to Activation Tool or select after pressing + button in Activation Tool window application not folder containing that application.

I tried Premiere Pro 26.1.1 beta and it also doesn't have Registration.framework. So I think we need updated versions of Activation Tool at least for Premiere Pro 26.x.

Premiere 2026 can't be patched because Registration.framework is absent in that version that had used before for patching. So Adobe had changed something or this is Adobe issue.
