Remove Photoshop app before update to 26.4 (no need to uninstall just trash Adobe Photoshop 2025.app). Then install 26.4 and patch.

If you see that error then I think you use 2.x. If so just login to Adobe account.

Both - PS 26.3 and Acrobat .414 activated successfully. If you had 26.2 or earlier win Activation Tool 1.2 of 2.0 or 2.1 before install 26.3 and after update and patch app is crashing then first remove /Applications/Adobe Photoshop 2025/Adobe Photoshop 2025.app, install 26.3 and patch it. Same may happens also with Acrobat. I don't know why this happens so better remove main app before update.

Login to Adobe account via Creative Cloud app. Or (for Photoshop 26.1 and 26.2) you can use v.2.0.

No new versions of Adobe apps works with current Activation Tool 1.2.1 and 2.1.

Until you quit running (not just patched but running) all apps patched with 2.x you can't access Adobe servers (and also in the CC). And after quit you must resign-in to CC account because patched with 2.x apps at start log out you from account.

Remove blocking rulles for Lightroom from /etc/hosts, Little Snitch, LuLu or whatever you use to block internet access for apps.
